Enterobacter aerogenes

Has anyone had patients that had an infection with this organism? Taking care of a resident now who has a UTI and the lab instructed us to place her on contact precautions.. Can't find anything to explain why we'd need to initiate precautions such as this... Any ideas?
E. aerogenes has a significant (and ever increasing) potential for rapid drug resistance.Did the Lab include a C&S? That might hold the key to what you're looking for.
