Almost 2 years and Im Exhausted

I have been a practicing RN for almost two years now on a med/surg oncology floor. I know that bedside nursing is not for me and I am ready to make a move but unsure of where to go from here. I knew that it wasn't for me within my first year but wanted to give it a fair shot. Prior to nursing I was working in marketing. My previous degree is in Marketing and Management. So now I have a Bachelors in marketing and management and I am 2 semesters away from my BSN. Can anyone suggest a career where I can utilize both degrees. I am wanting to make my move ASAP because I am beyond overwhelmed. A lot of people tell me it is the floor that I work and I should go to another floor before I leave but I know it is not that. Any advice or information would be very much appreciate. Also advice on how to cope while I am still on my floor would also help because I am at the point where some days I just want to quit on the spot.

P.s. These are some areas I am interested in:
Preventative care
Holistic Nursing
Nutrition
Maybe Healthcare marketing.
Pharmaceutical companies would love you. I have a friend that started out RN on the floor and went on to pharm. sells. Then into management without the duel degrees. She is a few years younger than myself(44) and has a very wealthy lifestyle compared to a RN. She tried to get me into the stuff about 15 years ago. I just don't have the personality to sell myself or anything else. It sounds like it would be a good fit with your background.

Pharmaceutical rep is exactly what came to my mind, too. Good luck with whatever you do!

I was thinking the same- great minds think alike.

I was thinking pharm rep or a home health or hospice liason.

Insurance companies are always looking for people with marketing degrees. With an additional nursing degree, you would be quite valuable!

Thank you all for the great advice I will look into these options.
