RN refresher course in St. Louis area?

Is anyone aware of a good RN refresher course?
I am an RN, but haven't worked for awhile (been a stay at home mom).
I am missing it, but would not be comfortable reentering the field with out reeducating myself.
If you know of any good classes, or how to find a good course, please lmk!!
