Calculating Heparin drips/ratio/ perportion

I am an RN and had not worked for awhile, When I was preparing to go back to work, I found I was having trouble with drug problems, especially ratio per-portion.
RN.com has excellent help on this. They give you sample problems and show you how to set them up. Then give you practice problems, so you can get formula in your head.
