I agree 100% with the tip on knowing what your strengths/weaknesses/stress triggers are early so you can prepare. I use so many stress reducing techniques as a nurse as I did when I was a student. I know med/surg wasn't for me in school (stress inducer) therefore I do not work in Med/Surg. Hitting the gym has worked wonders as well!
