Ideal RN job...

Hi everyone! I am a newer RN, but have really lucked out in my job experience (3 years ICU and permanent charge experience in ICU/IMCU) and am finding more and more that the practices in critical acute care are not lining up with my personal beliefs... I was wondering more and more if a job out there exists that not only agrees with my personal morals and ethics, but also lets me have a set schedule (preferably 3 twelve hour shifts, limited holidays and weekends) that is close to my area (Chicago/Northwest IN). If anyone has any insight at all, please comment I appreciate it.
it would be helpful if you would explain what your personal beliefs are and how the ICU conflicted with them.......
