I currently work in a pediatric clinic and although I love it there, my dream is to work in the ER. My question is how long should I wait until I start applying for ER jobs, and will they even hire me without "acute care" experience?
You learn what you need to know in the department you work.....there is a 100% chance you won't get hired if you do not apply. So, what are you waiting for? |
