CT NUR Form

Hello, my friend has recently passed the board exam and is moving to a different state to be with her sick father.

She will have to apply via endorsement. My question is with CT NUR Form, does she have to be working to apply for endorsement? She has not had any working experience as a nurse. She is moving to Illinois.

She has to be licensed to apply for licensure via endorsement. If she is not licensed, she will have to apply for licensure in the state she's going to. You don't have to be working for either one except that for endorsement they may have a required amount of hours in certain states. Also, don't forget about the required credits that some states have.
