Sorry, make a mistake in my post. Our hospital provide grant for clinical units to improve patient and family experience. For example, providing geriatric chairs to patients, use buzzbee to decrease pain from injections. Would like to learn what kind special or unit project your hospital or unit is using for patient experience improvement. Thank you!
