soap note on postpartum mother

Hello, I am a nursing student in the maternity rotation. I need to write a sample soap note on a postpartum patient. When writing the soap note, we also need to include doctor's orders for the day. What are the typical Doctor/Provider's orders for the day on a postpartum patient that had a normal spontaneous vaginal delivery? What are some nursing diagnosis for this patient? Thanks!
