If by "sight" you mean testing site, you can take the national licensing exam (NCLEX) anywhere, it's the same test.If you mean where you should go to school, this is a REALLY big country, you'll have to be MUCH more specific

Go to nursing school. Apply for licensure in the state you want to work. Take the NCLEX.
