Subacute vs LTC

Hi everyone. I am a new grad and I have the option of working in a nursing home and subacute facility. Which one will I gain more experience that will help me in landing a hospital job? Currently I am employed in a 180 bed LTC facility where only 30 are subacute. I just received an offer to work in a hospital based subacute floor where 24 subacute patients are divided upon 2RNs. I was informed that this unit is similar to a step down unit. Do you think I will benefit more from this type of setting? The nursing home I currently work consists of more po meds, injections, and dressing changes. I would like experience in IV abx and transfusions and so on.
Take the hospital-based subacute floor; that may be the next best step in gaining hospital experience.

Thanks. The hospital based subacute unit is actually owned by the same system that owns the nursing home I currently work at so it's privately owned but rents out space in a major hospital... The private company just bought them. I rather work at the subacute unit because the manager who interviewed me said it's more of a step down unit with high acuity patients.
