proper noun assistance

Hi guys. My brain must be burnt out from school and NCLEX, because I can't remember how to use proper nouns on a letter of interest I'm writing. Please help me with the following sentence- is "registered nurse" capitalized, and is "oncology unit" capitalized?

"I am writing to apply for a position as Registered Nurse in the Oncology Unit at Wonderful Hospital."

I keep on typing it different ways, and none of them look right at this point.

PSU I agree. The RN is the title/name...therefore capitalized. The oncology unit....can be either but I agree if it is a floor like 3 West I would not. Then the facility name, of course, would be capitalized......LOL Too funny don't you just hate those brain farts?
