Northern VA- PSA

My husband is military so I often find myself in a new area of the country. We currently reside in Northern VA and I have accepted a Director's position with PSA Healthcare. It is a national company with standard policies and procedures but each location is still a bit different. I have a location that has been in the area for more than 10 years but being new to the area; I don't really know all of the history for this location.
Regardless of anything in the past, it is a GREAT company and I am excited about developing my branch!! Any nurses out there have experience with this branch in particular? I am looking for feedback in order to be prepared for what lies ahead! Please keep in mind that I am creating something new. So all experiences are welcome but I LOVE the company and will be making this branch a wonderful place to work as well! Thanks is advance to anyone that replies!
