EKG interpretation guides

I am looking for recommendations for books on interpreting 12-leads. I have a solid background in telemetry, dysrhythmias, and ACLS meds. But what I really need is help with recognizing MIs/ischemia and understanding which leads are associated with which parts of the heart, and more detailed information.
