Trying to figure out weekend+1 pay.

I got hired for a weekend +1 position with $10 diff.
Does this mean $10/hr for just fri and sat night then no diff on my other shift or $10/hr for all hours?
That is going to be specific to the policy of the facility you work for. Many facilities have varying policies- in my area, it's midnight to midnight at hospital; at another it's 11p to 11p (so someone working an 8 hour shift from 11p to 7a would get weekend differential plus night shift differential the whole shift; someone working 7p to 7a would make regular salary from 7p to 11p and then start differentials). For a definitive answer, you will need to ask your manager or HR.
