NICU--Frequency of vital signs and assessment

Hello,
I am new to this site. I am on a policy council and we are re-writing our guidelines regarding how often vitals and assessments are done broken down by type of patient. I have searched for standards through various search engines and have come up with nothing. I have a basis started, however I need to present it to our Neos to approve it and would like any help in gathering solid info to back it up. Additionally, if anyone would be willing to share the guidelines regarding assessment and vital sign frequency, I would so appreciate it! I work in a level III NICU. We do not do surgery, however we do have babies on HFOV, standard vents,Nitric, Vapotherm etc. If you prefer to contact me by email instead of posting on this site, I check my email quite frequently.
