Thank you letter

I am a new grad RN. I interviewed for a job and received an offer from HR the same day. Is an email an appropriate way to thank the interviewing nurse since the process was so quick. Should I send both an e-mail and a card? Any thoughts and advice would be greatly appreciated.
Yes email is fine.

I agree especially since you got the offer just an email would be sufficient. If I'm still rallying for the position I always go with paper also but in this case it is a done deal. Congratulations!!
