Best path for RN degree with wife and newborn?

i have a few months left in the marine corps and have a wife and kid and i have an emt b. i dont know what to do! i want to get my rn degree and work in the er.
i want to be able to get out and get my adn but i am worried im not going to be able to work, go to school, and study. possibly, i'd be able to stay in the military and get my adn online, but can i do that?
i just would like some guidance and insight to help me further along.
