I Need Advice Please Someone PleaseRating: (votes: 0) 1) are a CNAs work schedule flexible, where i can manage work and school 2) will me being a CNA help me at all in my hopes me getting a BSN 3)Starting Pay For A CNA 4)how easy is it to transition from school to getting a job as a CNA 5) Is There anything I can do that will help me transition into a better paying CNA job The reason why it sounds like i am in such a hurry to work is because i have a 3month old son, and i need a better job,that can transition me into the career that i want to work in(nursing), and that can aid me into getting 1st selection into CSU's nursing program. Any help or info or advice would be HIGHLY appreciated.:typing My take on this is either you can get your CNA certification or medical assistant certification to help you decide if nursing is the career for you. CNA schedules are more flexible then medical assistant in my experience. However, with medical assisting you learn both administrative and clinical responsibilities which is important for you in seeking your BSN. Medical assistants also make alot more than CNAs.
