Flag/ mitox

Hi!everybody!I would like to ask your opinion if you experienced giving Mitoxantrone to a patient who has WBC 0.01,severely having PV bleeding with clots,febrile and physically weak.Because according to our Hematologist its expected for the patient to have it while on the regime ,so even they are not fit to have it,still its ok to give.I forgot to mention its together with Fludarabine.Thank you for helping me to clear the issue.:heartbeat
