Independent Home Health ... how do i begin?

Hello, I've been reading into becoming an independent home health provider; it would be me working for myself and doing private-duty care for people. I've read about someone "incorporating" their services into a business so that you can expense some costs of doing business. I'm wondering if anyone has experience doing that, and could help me out.
