advancement with certifications

[color=#808080]do any and or all hospitals in kcmo recognize the various certifications one obtains through greater responsibility / better pay? thanks!

Again, check the job ads and see what qualifications employers in that area are requiring. The qualifications listed is what they will pay for. If they request certification/specialization in an area than that is something that they will probably pay for. If the certification is preferred that means you can obtain it while you're on the job.
