Restless...

I have been an operating room nurse for 5 years and love what I do. Recently, however, I have become restless staying in one spot. I have been twice to the Philippines on surgical mission trips and loved every minute--especially the aspect of actually feeling like I am helping people who otherwise would not get help. Is there a program/company that travels to foreign countries (and does surgery), that offer paid positions? I am a BSN with ACLS training...
