Want to move to USA

Hi I am a new grad from Canada and was planning to move to Fairfax Va because I heard they offer good money and sign in bonus.Currently in Canada new grads start at $28 and the hospitals need all shift availability.I have 2 kids and that is impossible for me. All my family is settled in VA,USA and they also ask me to move.Help me in making the right decision
WelcomeOnly you can make that decision but there is a retrogression so if looking for a GC then you have a long wait but you can go with a TN visa but not sure how is stands for your children. I would check out the International forum under the region tab as much info there. You will also need to apply to state board of nursing (BON) and take/pass NCLEX before you can work and also need a VSC. (meet BON requirements for foreign trained nurse)You are looking at a few months plus processing. If going the TN route will also need a employer.
