What degree is needed Gynecology/Obstetric Nursingd ?

I'm 37 yrs old with a 3 yr old and a 6 yr old. I'm a stay-at-home mother and I'm interested and curious as to what degree is needed to be a Gynecology/Obstetric Nurse and what is in there job description? Thanks ahead of time for any and all information.
