Where to go from here?

Hi, I have been a critical care nurse for 3 years now, and Iam interested in some other aspect of nursing.
Does anyone have any advice, to help guide me. I have worked at the same facility for 6 years, 3 years as a tech and 3 years as a nurse. I work in the IMC/Telemetry Area. Dilaysis seems interesting, ICU not so much, iam reluctant at this point to add to my excitement at this point, while trying to put a child through college. Any suggestions? Hi Robert,dialysis isn't very challenging and becomes very routine although maybe just what you need at this point in your life; however with a CC background and being a male nurse the ER would benefit from having you. Good luck!
