Too young to find another CNA job?

A few months ago I attended a course that certified me to work as a CNA for the Health Dept. only, and am now preparing for another CNA course that would allow me to work anywhere in Arkansas, not just the state health departments. After I have completed the said course, I was toying with the idea of applying to nearby hospitals/doctor's offices. Unfortunately, I fear I may be too young, considering I'm only 17 until the 30th. =( If I applied, what would my chances of getting hired be? Also, what is the pay rate for a CNA at a hospital/doctor's office in Arkansas?
