Until when will the documents submitted to BON-California valid?

HI Everyone!

I was told that half of my requirements were forwarded by my school to BON-California last May 2008. I haven't submitted half of the requirements including the application fee. Is there any expiration date for those documents? Like they should be sent within a year?

I tried to call them but They're receiving high volume of calls. Please help.
