can't get a job in LA - help

Hi everyone. I got my LVN license 2 months ago and I am still waiting to get a job, let alone an interview. What am I doing wrong? I don't think it's my resume, it's pretty much a replica of my friend's and she has a job. I feel so lost, I'm running out of options. It feels like the only option for someone inexperienced like me is homehealth, which I can't do because I don't own a car. And how am I supposed to save up for one without a job I feel like time is ticking, in a couple of my months it'll be a year since I graduated from school and won't be considered a "new grad" anymore yet still have 0 experience. I am even considered getting a CNA certificate just to get by and maybe get the experience everyone is looking for. I just wish someone would give me a chance to prove myself. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!
