Advice for additional training

I am a student getting ready to apply to an LPN program. I was going to go straight to the RN program but there is a 3 year waiting list! I decided to do the LPN to RN bridge at the same school. My question is this, I have some extra time to fill as far as credits to take before my program starts. I was thinking of getting an additional certificate while I am waiting. Here are my options: medical office support (covers the basics of office work, billing, transcription, etc), transcription, Billing and Coding, and general office supervision.
My question is to all of the LPNs out there, which of these would help me in my quest for a good job and would make me more employable? I am hoping for hospital or LTC work when I graduate but I know that there are a lot of offices that are hiring LPNs now.
Any suggestions would be appreciated!
Have you considered a foreign language?
Comment:
Actually I have already learned quite a bit of Spanish, it has been sort of a hobby for several years and I took some classes in college. It doesn't really do much for me right now, I am not fluent enough.
