Advice needed on RN jobs in Cincinnati Ohio

I have read this forum for many years. Now I have decided to use it.

This is my first post.

I am a RN in CCU in Orlando. Almost 10 years.

I am considering moving to Ohio.

I want to stay in the CCU/ICU.

My pay after 9 years is 28.40.

What is your advice on what hospital to choose?

I won't mind staying with the same charting system. Cerner.

What is the pay with experience in Cincinnati? or Columbus?
