Alliance with Employers to Accelerate Recruitment

A workforce pilot by the Department of Labor is trying to connect employers to a pipeline of military and civilian nurses seeking employment. We are challenged with finding this pipeline for current employment offerings. Can anyone suggest pipelines of nurses in California (San Diego) and Virginia that we can connect with? Thanks
