advice please

So, hopefully sooner than later I will begin my nursing career. Likely at a hospital. Wondering what sort of experience I should get if I want to go into healthcare administration later? General medicine? Surgery? Cardiac stuff? I feel like I have to put in time on the floor to ultimately leave it and I want to prepare to the best of my ability.......
