rn telephone call center

I am interviewing for a job as a rn telephone triage center. The callers are lvn at ltc centers. It had preset decision algorithym whether there are standing orders to treat the pt or if they need to contact nurse practioner or pa. I was wondering what legal responsibility and if something went wrong if it would affect my license. my experience is on year as lpn at ltc and rn 6 mos rehab hospital setting and 6 mos er hospital admission unit basically 15 mos as rn in hospital setting.
