Taking CNA EKG and phlebotomy courses but have a record can I get certified?

I am NYC resident and am currently taking a weekday course to get my CNA certification. I am also taking an EKG and phlebotomy course on the weekends as well so that i may become a Nurse tech and work in a hospital vs working in a nursing home. The problem I have right now, is that I am currently on probation, I have been charged and convicted with a crime titled Attempted conspiracy to fraud. It is a class E felony, but from what my attorney told me, my 3 years probation makes it a misdemeanor as opposed to the felony.

my question is, will i still be able to get certification for my CNA and the EKG and Phlebotomy? and will i be able to find work? what have your past experiences with this if any and if you know anybody that has been in my shoes before and has an outcome. Any advice would be greatly appreciated at this time, as i'm trying hard to get it all done so that i may have some experience under my belt while i go for my BSN.

Thanks!
