Licensure for RN in Hawaii

Good day... I am a green card holder in hawaii and i am legelly allowed to work and reside in the island. I will finish my nursing degree in the Philippines and will be returning back to hawaii this march 20. I do not know what to do to have a license in hawaii to be a registered nurse. Please help me. It would be great if you could provide me with a step by step instruction and also the resources that I need like application forms, manuals, and all the likes... thank you...
