Can't Get Entry-Level CNA GigRating: (votes: 0) I'm little discouraged and in need of advice. I'm in my second semester of Nursing school, my second Baccalaureate degree. I currently work as a bank teller, but am trying to find a job as a CNA to gain health care experience. I'm certified in my state as a CNA, and I also hold a health care provider-level BLS certification. I'm active in the student nurses' association at school, etc. For the life of me, I cannot find a job! We have multiple large hospitals, nursing homes, etc. in my smallish city but despite applying for every listed job out there, I've had no luck. ![]() Any advice? I'm sick of the bank and what to get going in the nursing field in some way shape or form. Thanks! |
