Hospice or Dialysis..

I have been offered two positions..one is in management at a local hospice. The salary is great but the hours are M-F 8-5 plus call every few weeks and travel a few times a year out of state. The other position is part-time but will eventually be full-time. There is no travel involved except the first few months for orientation/training. The hourly wage isn't bad. I don't need benefits so that isn't an issue. I would make more $ w/the hospice position but have much less family time. I am really torn..the dialysis position would be caring for patients - the hospice one - not - PLEASE - advice needed..
