first RN job

Hello fellow nurses. I'm a fairly new nurse just started my job this March in the ICU. I have 12 weeks of orientation but I was told by management that I'm not progressing as expected so they have to prolong my orientation. I am scared to death that after the extra two weeks I'm gonna get terminated from my first nursing job. It's scary and I have no idea what to do. I keep trying to motivate myself and be calm about things but I am so upset with myself right now. I'm just really lost right now.
