Cant find a job as a RN

I would never though this would happen, but I was a LPN for 2 years, completed my RN in May, and cant find a job that fits my motherly schedule. The hospital here states they have to hire expierence RN before hiring new grads, well how am I suppose to get the expiernce if I can't get a job and stuck in geriatrics. Kinda confused and dont know what to do.
