corrections registry

I am a registry corrections nurse, RN, at a california state prison facility. The new contract, due to the budget crisis, caps our yearly hours at 975 hours/year. That works out to a little less than 6 months, but due to overtime, etc. I will meet my cap in just over 4 months. I have worked as a registry nurse with the CDCR for 1 1/2 years and am unable to transfer to another california state prison until it has been a full year because the hours cap applies state wide, after a year my hours start over. Can someone please give me the name of other corrections agencies that work with the county jails in CA or even state prisons in neighboring states I would be willing to travel....I appreciate your help!
