Advanced Certification

I am currently working in home care. I deal with pediatric clients. I am looking for a course in the NY/NJ area that will enable me to become IV certified and to work as a high tech home care nurse. Has anyone taken a course like this? Does anyone know what this type of course would enatail (hours, money, etc..)?
