Kaiser or Cedar Sinai?

Have anyone ever worked in any of these two hospitals? I know I've already heard wonderful things about Kaiser and their benefits but what about Cedar? I've read their benefit package but not sure if I understand everything and it's hard for me to compare...both seems good. If I go to kaiser, I will be stepdown ICSU unit which I hear is nice. At Cedar is Cardiac thoracic also stepdown unit which I've never heard of. IF anyone worked in the hospital or these department, please tell me your likes and dislikes.
