Letter

Hi,
I received my LPN License in November 2009. I have been constantly searching for a full-time job with no luck. I have been working for Pioneer Homecare Agency in NYC, but it has not really helped me out with finding a job within a hospital or a nursing home. I am thinking of pursuing an RN degree or to go into a certificate program for case management. I need to know if anyone knows why I have not been having that much luck with the job search. I need some helpful advice as to what I should do? Please Help. Thank you.
