Are the any RN's out there working in imaging or an oncology clinic?

I am considering a position in imaging or an oncology clinic mostly because it it Mon-Fri 8-5 and will allow me to be home on the weekend to take care of my dad. I have someone to be with him during the week, but not the weekend. I am wondering what these jobs entail. I have been a nurse for 13 years and have a strong med/surg background....and thoughts?
I work in an Echo cardiology lab (cardiac imaging). The techs do the ultrasounds, the RNs are responsible for patient assessments, all meds, starting IVs, VS, code cart maintenance, EKGs, temp and infection control tracking sheets, etc. There is also a nurse in the Radiology Dept which is similar. I love it.
