Advice Please

I am a new nurse, RN and got a full time job in a long term facillity and would like to know is it hard is it to get into a different field, like the ER. I have BLS, ACLS, and PALS already. So far I like where I am now but... I want to try more and the ER has peeked my intrest. Any advice please.
I started in the ER as a new grad and loved it. I think it depends on your local hospitals and whether they hire new grads. Mine has a history of hiring new grads. Some places require you to have some experience before they will hire you. Good luck.
