MSN in Clinical Systems Management

What kind of positions can an RN get with a Masters in Clinical Systems management?.. I have a BA and Associates in Nursing so I want to go into a Masters program. I figured it may be more beneficial in the long run to have a masters in nursing instead of just getting another bachelors degree. I am trying to get feedback on this particular program. Does anyone have this degree or heard anything about it ? Do you think I will have more career options with this degree versus a BSN ? I would really appreciate some opinions on this matter, thank you.
By the way, which university offers this program? Online by any chance? Thanks.

I've never heard of this degree before. Is it IT-based? What exactly is the field of expertise here? From my experience - employers are not likely to pay the premium $ associated with MSN-required positions unless they require some very specific skills/knowledge that can add value to the organization. That's why nurse informaticists earnings are up. "General knowledge" graduate degrees (clinical or non-clinical) that do not require any sort of operational internship/practicum are really not valuable in healthcare.
