new job advice please!

Hello everyone! I graduated this pass Nov. passed the NCLEX in Dec. and was offered 2 positions one is a subacute rehab and the other is an ER position that has a 12week training program but also wants me to sign a 3 year contract. Also I was told that if I am not "cut out" for ER nursing I could be asked to leave the program. So I am just so confused as to what I should do, while I am confident I can handle ER nursing of course it is subjective to someone else and I would hate to give up the subacute job that is guarenteed without any strings attached and then be left with nothing. Also just a note to mention the subacute position is 15min from my home and the ER position is 40min away. Some advice please!!!! Will I get any good experience if I choose the subacute rehab position?
