Which one do I choose?

I'm a new graduate. I ultimately want to end up in NICU, but due to time constraints with transferring my license, that is not possible at this point in time. I have an offer to a SPCU position, but it is critical care and I never really saw myself working in critical care, even though i have full confidence that they would train me very well. I also have an interview with a different hospital in Labor and Delivery later this week. The catch is the SPCU position needs a yes or no to their offer a day after my interview. So I do give up the SPCU position and hope the labor and delivery position works out, and if not start the job hunt process all over? Or do I take the SPCU position and just deal and hope I learn to love it after a year or two?
What would you do?
If I was a new grad I would take the SPCU.
